Hurless                                                      THE CONDITIONS OF THIS SALE ARE AS FOLLOWS: The seller guarantees the health of the kitten until the examination of the kitten by a licensed veterinarian (chosen and paid for by the buyer) or up to no more than 3 days after receiving your kitten. (Proof must be proved within 10 days) by mail, Email or fax or this health guarantee becomes invalid and Buyer assumes all responsibility for health of the kitten. * Please note that stress diarrhea is a common thing among pets that have been moved to a new environment. This is normal and is not covered under the health guarantee. This normally stops after the pet has gotten used to its new home and its surroundings. If during the course of the kittens’ first examination within the 3 day period, the kitten is found to be in unsatisfactory health and a written documentation is provided to the Seller by the Buyers licensed veterinarian. Then the seller shall, upon return of the kitten & the kittens registration (at Buyers expense), then offer a replacement kitten of the same value of the first kitten purchased. If a kitten is not available within 4 months after the seller has received the kitten & his/her registration back from the Buyer, the seller will then offer a refund for the full purchase price of the kitten to the buyer.  Excluded from this health guarantee are worms, protozoa and other parasites as they are common things to puppies, dogs, kittens and cats. These things should pose no lasting ill affects to your kitten if treated promptly. Seller has taken every precaution to avoid the presence of worms, protozoa or parasites in your new kitten. At the time of sale you will receive copy of vaccinations, de-worming, registration application, starter pack of current diet and information on kittens care .It is very important that the Buyer completes the inoculations on time in order to protect the kittens’ health and for the guarantee to remain valid.We recommend that you consult your veterinarian very early on about the prevention of heart-worms in your kitten. It is expected that the Buyer will have yearly exams done for the kitten including heart-worm detection, fecal examination and all up to date vaccinations required by your veterinarian. It is further agreed by both Buyer and Seller that this Guarantee of health is void if the Buyer has the kitten vaccinated for FELV, FIV, OR FIP. These vaccines are very stressful to the immune system of a young kitten and are not necessary for the continued health of an indoor-only cat who doesn’t have repeated contact with other cats. In the case of FIP vaccine, it has proved ineffective against most strains of the corona viruses associated with the disease. * If you and/or your Veterinarian decide to give either of these vaccines, the Seller shall not be held responsible in any way. NO refund or replacement will be given. If within the first year of the kittens’ life, it is found to have a life-threatening congenital defect, send a detailed letter of explanation from your licensed veterinarian as to the nature of the defect found and how it was found. The Breeder must be notified at once at the onset of the problem. Breeders’ veterinarian will interpret the report and if he/she concurs, then you will receive a replacement kitten when available. A kitten with a defect must be returned with specified problem or euthanized and returned with the prior permission of the Breeder to qualify for a replacement kitten. Registration of the kitten must also be returned at that time. Any physical problem which is, or could be the result of an injury, over feeding, under feeding and does not have up to date records of vaccinations and are not covered under this guarantee. If any kitten dies for any unknown reason, it must be frozen and sent back to us. Then it will be examined by a qualified party before a replacement can be made.No cash refund, in part or in full, will be given.  A returned kitten must be returned to the Breeder in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the Buyers expense. The owner will then qualify for a replacement kitten. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the breeder. There are certain disorders that may be caused to environmental factors, i.e. allergies, thyroid dysfunction, mange and other autoimmune disorders that are Not covered by this guarantee. Minor defects that are a little consequence for the kitten's health are not covered. Such as a under bite , over bite or a hernia etc. This cat is not guaranteed against cosmetic faults, i.e. tail fault, lockets or color change. A cosmetic fault does not preclude the cat from being bred as it is not a health issue.. * All veterinarian charges incurred by the purchaser (buyer) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser (buyer) and will under no circumstances be paid by the breeder, including all spays or neuter charges, medications, any quarantine necessary, medical bills ,travel & shipping expenses.The breeder guarantees a healthy companion pet but does not guarantee adult size, weight, color and temperament. Nor does the breeder guarantee a kitten for breeding or show ability. We can only speculate by judging the parents. *NOTE: Low blood sugar, mental stress or infectious diseases are not covered under this guarantee as we can, not be responsible for the nutrition or harmful exposure of the kitten once it leaves our premise. Please see that your new pet eats and has opportunity to rest in a quiet area , undisturbed. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to obtain veterinarian care for the kitten once the sale has been completed and to keep the kitten up to date on all vaccinations and parasites checks in accordance with the American Veterinarian Medical Association. This includes any emergency care as well as routine examinations, vaccinations, heart-worm treatment as well as any other treatments which may be recommended by the buyers’ veterinarian.The seller accepts no responsibility for the illness or death of any kitten due to buyers’ inability or negligence in providing proper veterinarian care for the kitten.*Please be advised that until your kitten has had its full set of inoculations, it is susceptible to certain illnesses and therefore should be kept out of areas where other dogs, cats (and other animals) have been. This would include parks, pet stores, and even the neighbors’ yard. While your kitten is at the vet, keep your kitten on your lap or in a kennel away from other animals. When your veterinarian tells you that your kittens’ shots are complete and your kitten is immune, you can then begin to "show off" your new family member (the kitten) The BUYER will have the kitten spay/neutered by 5 lbs. or 6 months, whichever comes first. Registration Papers WONT be released to the Buyer, until the Seller is provided with written proof from the Buyers vet that the cat/kitten has been sterilized. If the cat/kitten has not been spay/neutered by 6 months of age as stated in this contract, The seller will enforce breach of contract for the maximum dollar amount ($2,500.00 which is the usual amount kittens are sold with full rights.) This kitten described is being sold as a pet (not for breeding or showing) Buyer accepts the responsibility of caring for the kitten and will provide properly for its welfare. Buyer agrees to keep the kitten indoors in a clean and pleasant environment, un-caged with the exception of short term confinement if necessary and with proper nutrition, health care, and companionship. (If you feel the need to take your cat/kitten out-doors for a short period of time ,he/she must be in a proper carrier or an enclosed "run" which is protected from all predators and infection from all other animals.) Buyer agrees to provide baths when needed and monthly ear cleanings along with eye cleaning (as needed). The above kitten / cat will leave this Cattery freshly bathed with trimmed nails and freshly cleaned ears. The Breeder/Seller Reserves the right to use any and all pictures of the said cat for PERFECTKITTENS’ Advertising purposes and etc. Buyer/Owner agrees to use PERFECTKITTENS’ Cattery name in their kittens/cats name title on the registration. This contract is only valid when both the buyer & seller sign, and only between assignees ---- NO Third parties. This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not full-filled. State of Missouri Rules & Regulations govern all warranties and guarantees. All sales are considered initiated, transacted and finalized in Wright County, Missouri.  It is agreed that the place on venue shall be in Wright CO. Missouri. All expenses incurred medical or otherwise are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping expenses are never ever refunded. Buyers are subject to sales tax. No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made in this contract. In signing this document, Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read this contract fully and understands, and agrees to all of the terms and conditions of the above sale. This is the only situation where we will ever offer the Buyer a refund and not just a replacement kitten. *If you are unable to pay via Pay-Pal, we also accept Postal Money Orders.
