Abbys are one of the most popular breeds and a very intelligent as well !They are rated one of the most docile breeds of the domestic cats .They are very beautiful,graceful,muscular,and curious.They will for sure thoughly investigate every room of your home and can even open doors. Abbys have the look of those found in Egyptian Temples.They have maintained the old world look through the centuries of the first of all demesticated cats , the African Wild cat ! Everytime we look at them ,they remind us of miniture mountain lions .The are very loving when on their terms ,not the best choice for a childs cat. They will sit on your lap when they want to but do not like to be restrained or held in any way.They do really enjoy being petted though !Abbys make a wonderful companion and will want to be with you where ever you are. They are certainly clowns of the cat world with their acrobatic shows that they put on for no reason what so ever ,LOL.Abbys dont really "talk" much or purr very much.
